Rebel Wilson’s love interest romance rumors fly after hug with tennis player Matt Reid

Romance rumors are flying after Rebel Wilson broke up hugging tennis player Matt Reid during a doubles game in Sydney.

The duo played alongside Rebel’s friend Brittany Hockley and her pro tennis boyfriend Jordan Thompson.

Rebel sported a sporty look, opting for a white Givenchy t-shirt, purple leggings that fit the figure, blue sneakers, a white visor, and cat-eye sunglasses.

The Perfect tone The actor was later seen leaving court with Brittany, who is believed to have introduced Rebel, 41, and Matt, 31.

Brittany documented much of the day and shared it with her Instagram followers. The footage can be viewed in the video player above.

The video montage began with Rebel “getting ready” before the big game, stretching his legs on a jetty in North Sydney.

The first game filmed was Brittany and Rebel against Matt and Jordan.

As Rebel readied the camera, she blew him a kiss before heading to court where she declared, “Yes, that’s okay! Are you ready?”

Later, the footage showed Rebel’s impressive tennis swing, which Brittany titled, “Rebel Returning Serves and in Total Fire.”

Rebel and Matt first sparked rumors in August when they posed alongside Brittany on center court at the US Open in New York.

The trio was later seen posing outside the Sydney Opera House alongside producer Sam Kennedy for the AACTA awards.

Rebel was photographed standing shoulder to shoulder with Matt, 31, on the red carpet at the AACTA Awards in Sydney earlier this month.

Who is Matt Reid?

Matt, also known as “Reidy”, has been very successful playing tennis abroad, having been introduced to the sport at the age of seven.

The tennis player made his debut at Wimbledon in 2013 and reached the highest ATP singles ranking of 183.

He is close friends with Nick Kyrgios and Thanasi Kokkinakis.
