EXCLUSIVE: Sam Wood Is The $10 Million Man From The Bachelor As The Reality Heartthrob Amasses Huge Real Estate Portfolio In Victoria

Sam Wood has amassed a $10 million real estate portfolio thanks to his time as the franchise’s most successful leading man.

It has been seven years since Australia met the 41-year-old personal trainer, who found love with Snezana Markoski’s single mother.

Since then, the Bachelor season three star has built a family and a fortune estimated at close to $10 million, much of it from a series of astute real estate investments in central Melbourne and the Victoria region.

Kicking goals! Sam Wood, 41, (pictured last November) has amassed a $10 million real estate portfolio thanks to his time as the franchise’s most successful leading man.

Wood used the profile she gained from her bachelor’s degree to develop her online fitness business, 28, which promises participants “life-changing fitness and nutrition.”

Since then, Wood, who drives a $150,000 Mercedes G-Wagon, has built a portfolio of properties that includes his $4 million home in Elsternwick, which he shares with his wife Snezana and their four children, and a $3 vacation home, 6 million on Mt Martha.

The solid-brick Victorian residence in the desirable suburb of Elsternwick was purchased in September 2018 for $3.3 million and has nine bedrooms in total, including four double bedrooms and “a spacious living room with alfresco dining.”

An hour away on picturesque Mount Martha, the Wood family has invested in a perfect vacation getaway on 25,000 square feet of land.

Wood bought the property in October 2020 for $2.7 million and it has already increased in value to a staggering $3.6 million, a profit of almost a million dollars in just 15 months.

The Bay Road property is just minutes’ walk from Mt Martha Village Shops and the South Beach Yacht Club, making it a prized addition to any property portfolio.

That property has now increased in value to close to $600,000.

In 2018, around the same time Wood acquired the Elsternwick property, he also invested $531,000 in another investment property in Upwey.
