Hot Aussie rapper The Kid Laroi caused a crush at McDonald’s on Monday night when he and his entourage dropped in for a feed before he hit the stage at RAC Arena.
Crowds flocked to the city store when the Without You and Stay hitmaker called into the city store.
The Kid Laroi has a paid partnership with McDonald’s which released a limited The Kid Laroi Meal which includes nuggets, a frozen Coke, fries and a burger to coincide with his tour.
His younger brother Auz the Kid was on drinks duty, re-posting a video of himself filling up a series of frozen drinks during the visit to Instagram.
Laroi’s model girlfriend Katarina Deme, who has joined him on the early stages of the tour, took the video.
Give me also shared a picture from the couple’s hotel room at The Ritz-Carlton, showing off a chilly morning in the CBD.
Laroi is expected to draw another huge crowd during a scheduled appearance at the Street X store in the city at 10.30am in Perth on Tuesday.
The singer, whose real name is Charlton Howard, played to a 15,000-strong crowd for his only Perth show just hours later. Blowing away fans who took to social media to offer their verdict.
One fan said the rapper — who has collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Post Malone — “went off”.
Another who attended the concert was thrilled with his performance, saying the 18-year-old “definitely didn’t disappoint”.
The concert was the third on the Australian leg of his global End of the World Tour, with two shows already played in Sydney on Thursday and Friday.
Teaming up with Bieber on the track Stay provided a massive win for the Aussie, with the song streamed more than two billion times last year.
It also topped the Billboard charts, making him the first Indigenous Australian artist to achieve a number one single in the US and the youngest Australian to do so.
